Just follow the below steps and you will have Inforiver in your report.
Step 1: Assign the licenses from Admin Portal
Note: If the purchaser wants to use the visual, then the license must be assigned to himself too.

Step 2: Import the Appsource visual
The assigned user can get the visual by clicking on the ellipses in PowerBI to add the visual from Appsource.
Choose Appsource Visuals as shown below
Choose the purchased Inforiver product and click on Add.
The visual has been imported from Appsource visual and ready for use from visualizations pane.
