Who is a license admin?

The one who does the payment for purchasing Inforiver product is the license admin. Once the payment details are updated successfully, you become the license admin.

What can a license admin do?

License admin can assign licenses to the subscribed number of users on clicking the “Assign licenses” 

Where can the license admin assign licenses?

Admin Portal - https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/licenses  

Admin portal as shown below will display the purchased products.  

Licenses – This is the portal where the admin can manage licenses. 

Click on Licenses on the left panel as shown below.

Click on the product (Inforiver Premium in the above example) which will take you to the below page.

On click of + Assign licenses will open a pop up to add the email address as shown below. 

After assigning the license a success message will be shown. 

On click of Refresh(next to Assign licenses) will display the assigned user. 

How can the assigned user download the visual? 

The assigned user can get the visual from clicking on the ellipses in PowerBI to add the visual from Appsource
