In Inforiver Matrix we can hide/unhide columns using the Manage Columns feature located at the top of the visual:

However, in Manage Columns we can only hide columns so for example in the below visual we are hiding the Gross Sales column:
We can also enable the variance columns for our Measures. So, for example, in the below visual we have enabled the variance column for the Measures (Gross Sales, PY Sales) which happens to be (Gross Sales - PY Sales):
We can even enable the Variance% column via Manage Columns. So, in this example the Variance% would be (Gross Sales - PY Sales) %:
Aside from this we can even change the aggregation of our Measures through the Manage Columns in the following way:
However, we cannot change the aggregation of the Variance Columns and it will remain in the Default aggregation:
We can also adjust the column width through Manage Columns:
The position of the columns can also be changed in our report by selecting the six rectangular dots on the right side of the measures. So, for example, if I want to change the position of Gross Sales from right to left in the report, I can select the six rectangular dots and move the Gross Sales Measure to the top (the left side of the PY Sales). It will look something like this:
