Here are simple steps to know the Inforiver visual version that you are using!!
Step 1:
Select the Inforiver visual in the canvas. The Visualizations pane will highlight the visual as shown in Figure 1. Right click on the highlighted visual icon in the Visualizations pane and click on About

Step 2: Clicking on About will open a window as shown below with the version number and source as highlighted.

Step 3: Take a screen-print of the pop up window along with Step 4 and share it with Support team for further investigation.
Step 4: Click the bottom right corner on the Inforiver icon to know the information about license.

How to enable the Logo in the status bar?
Inforiver Matrix: Enable the Show Info Logo as shown below.
Click on the visual and in the Format visual under Visualizations pane.
Inforiver Analytics+: Enable the Show Info Logo as shown below.
