How to create Check Boxes in Inforiver Matrix Instantly!!

Certain kinds of reporting require a Check box since it is one way of cross checking whether if we have entered right data or not. Check boxes are widely used by all departments in an organization be it either HR, Marketing Finance etc.

In MS Excel we can achieve this by going to the Developer tab and enabling the Check box:

However, the above process is a bit long and tedious.

In Inforiver Matrix we can instantly enable a Check Box with a simple click of a button.

1) Below we have a typical report which requires a Check box:

2) We can insert a Check Box by going to Insert tab -> Click on Data Input -> Select Check box from the dropdown and in the Check box tab select Create like shown below:

3) Now we can click on the Check boxes that need to be ticked as per our report:
