If we have multiple categories under Axis section, we can display multiple categories using the Sunburst chart.
Initially when we enable a Sunburst chart, we can only see one category:
However, when we enable Native Hierarchy Expansion option like shown below, we can display all the categories:
Additionally, if we want, we can also display the legend for this chart by enabling the Legend option under Legend pane in Settings:
To display the legend shown above we have to apply Conditional formatting on our Sunburst chart, enable the Conditional Formatting option in Legend pane and hide the measure legend to display it this way:
