This blog clearly has the steps to be followed in case the export options does not work in the visual: Click on the Admin portal >>>> Tenant settings >>>> Allow downloads from custom visuals. Note: If the tenant settings do not appear, you can contact the Power BI admin to enable the downloads option in the case.
