The users can now expand the column hierarchy by enabling the “Expand Column to Last Level” option.

This feature can be found in the Display settings, under Hierarchy, as shown below.
How does this feature work?
When this feature is disabled, the user will have to manually expand the column hierarchies one by one.
Now, when this is enabled, the column hierarchies are automatically expanded.
Where can this feature be used?
This feature can be used in Power BI Desktop as well as in the Edit View of Power BI Service.

I am unable to see “Expand Column to Last Level” option in Display settings. Why is this the case?
This option can only be seen if there are more than one items in the Columns field.
I can see the “Expand Column to Last Level” but it is blurred out for me. Why is this so?
You might have exceeded the max column limit. Kindly increase it to use this option.
The Expand Column to Last Level option will not be blurred out now.
