Analytics+ - Lasso And Zoom Selection

What is the Lasso and Zoom feature? 
 
The Scatter/Bubble has a lasso, reverse lasso and zoom feature. This can be used to select and zoom into specific values in the lasso and zoom feature. 

Where can these features be accessed? 

These features can be accessed in the bottom right corner of the visual, as highlighted below.

Now, the Lasso, reverse Lasso and Zoom In feature can be seen.

Lasso 

The Lasso can be accessed by following the image below.

The Lasso feature will select all the datapoints that falls within it.

So, the selection will be as follows for the above Lasso.

As you can see, the selected bubbles are darker when it is selected using the Lasso. 

Reverse Lasso 

The Reverse Lasso feature selects all the datapoints that falls outside the Lasso.

And, as you can see, the datapoints outside the Lasso are darker than the ones inside the Lasso. 

Zoom 

The Zoom feature can be accessed by following image below. 

The Zoom feature will zoom into the area which is selected.

As you can see, the following is the result of the Zoom feature for the above image.

These are the 3 selection features available in Analytics+ for Scatter and Bubble chart. 

Where will this feature work? 

These features will be available in both Power BI Desktop as well as in Power BI Service. It will be available in both the Edit view as well as the Reading view in Power BI Service.

2. I am not able to exit the Zoom selection. How to exit from the Zoom selection? 

You can exit from the Zoom selection by clicking on the Reset button in the top right corner, as highlighted below.
