We can allow specific users to edit comments written by other users in Writeback Matrix. This setting will be made at the tenant level and will be applicable for all reports saved in the tenant.
Users with “edit comment” profile will be able to edit or delete comments written by other users. This feature is very useful especially if a single user wants to delete or edit comments made by others.
